Windows Agent Metadata = IP address?

We use active auto registration. I want to use the host's subnet as metadata for a condition (we put production servers in particular subnets).

I read the documentation and it's not very detailed about how I can populate a metadata. Anyone have a hint?

I think that metadata is set HostMetadata in zabbix_agentd.conf.
This item requires that you explicitly specify in zabbix_agentd.conf.

If you want to determine the subnet units, please specify a value, such as can be determined it to HostMetadata.
Then, It can be used as a condition for automatic registration.

ex.
zabbix_agentd.conf
-----
HostMetadata=SUBNETA
-----

Action conditions for Auto registration:
-----
Host metadata like SUBNETA
-----
