How to exclude by name wildcard

I apologize in advance if this was answered in the past but my searches came up empty of this particular topic.
I am very new to Zabbix and find it frustrating to do any kind of advanced type searches.

In Monitoring __> Hosts I can search by hostname by simply typing part of a hostname and clicking Apply.

I want to be able to do the opposite. I want to search for everything except matches to that partial hostname.

    For example:
Typing the word "sport" (without quotes) will show me all servers with the phrase sport in their NAME.
Typing the work "-sport" or "!sport" or !=sport" or "does not contain sport" all fail to produce any results.

I guess I am loking for the operators allowed in the Name field (and other fields as well such as IP & DNS)

I don't think the "Name" field supports the "not" operator or anyother for that matter.

According to Monitoring/Hosts document, "Name and Host group fields support multiple entries", but I don't see how to include multiple entries in the name field.

It seems that "filter settings can be saved as tabs and then quickly accessed by clicking on the tabs above the filter" since Zabbix 5.2.
Maybe that can help you manage your hosts.

Seems pretty cryptic to me. I wish the GUI was more intuitive for everything. the whole filters/tags section tothe right is useless to me unless I want to search by tag.
