router restart after which the trigger permanently fires: (Ethernet): Link down

I have zabbix agent running on my Windows 10 computer.
After restarting the router, the zabbix server shows that the network card is disconnected - (this is correct behavior):
Interface Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller (Ethernet): Link down
After 2 minutes, network connection is available on the computer again
