Hello everybody,
I'm facing a problem with global notification window delay. I've got a couple SNMP traps configured with corresponding triggers. When a trigger goes into a "PROBLEM" state, global notification window appear, but problem is that it's not immediately. Theres a delay (which is not constant) between 5 to 50 seconds. In a widget "Last 20 issues" is that trigger with correct time of course.
My question are whether is this configurable (and if it is, where?), or is there a better way of getting to know that some "bad" event happend? I guess it could be done with some custom script, but that's something I'd like to avoid.
Thank you,
Petr
