autodiscover exceptions do not work

On zabbix server I get information that BITS or egdeupate service is disabled, problem affects several computers.
Following the advice on the internet, I added these services to Regular expressions


Then I removed the computer from the hosts and added it again.
Unfortunately, this did not work as expected, as he continues to receive warnings.

Think... I know, it hurts me also sometimes.. discovery finds service name "edgeupdate", it will go and match it to regexes... first line says "its ok, edgeupdate is in my list" (result is TRUE), Second line says "its ok, edgeupdate is not in my list" (Result is FALSE). Both matchings are TRUE in that sense, that they give back positive result, combined is TRUE... but what it means? yep ... edgeupdate is good to go and lets make items and triggers for it..
So this multiple lines of regexes will never work. You need every line to return "result is false" to a word, what you are feeding to it.
Change it to single line, if you run out of space (don't know if it has been updated to more than 255 character in newer versions), try to make those matchings shorter (I don't understand why there is all this clr_optimization crap, if it can be shortened to just clr_optimization.*). Or you do some work and start monitoring only those services that matter. which is probably much shorter list.
You can also do all that regexing in preprocessing via JS. Write as long sets of services as you like and match all incoming data against it, drop them from list and all you have left is only the needed services.

This windows services question should be put somewhere blinking, same as "why is ZBX icon not turning green"... It is asked and answered so many times.

You have never mentioned, what version of Zabbix and what version of templates you are using... Based on picture, I just assumed, that you are using older version... If you are using templates from v5 or above, they do not use that global regex, but the one in template module macro list.

Also ran into the same problem. Does global regular expressions (Windows service names for discovery) no longer work in template then? So what is the proper way to exclude the service from LLD?
