zabbix server log for trigger action

I'm looking for the zabbix log that shows the action when a trigger is fired and an action occurs. I looked in /var/log/zabbix but dont see anything related to that.

Please refer to the Web frontend.
You can see log about actions on Triggers or Events screen.

I think I have similar problem.

From the frontend, I observed that trigger was fired. However, I am not sure whether action was triggered as I do not received email that supposed to be send out based on action configuration.
