No alert message sent upon update problem
I have an operation, which sends a message without problem, when a certain event is triggered, but it is unable to send a message, when the update operation is happening.
On the action log, the problem is visualized:
At step 1 it sends the message without a problem. But open acknowledging the problem it does not. Looks like no update operation is configured, but there is:
What am I missing here?
