Sending only 1 problem and 1 recovery message only.

Hello friends, i have been struggling with zabbix 5.0 regarding the actions and the messages it sends. i have a step duration of 15m and steps as 2 - 2 and i keep received recovery messages non stop without problem messages. I would like to setup zabbix action to only send 1 message after the 15m and only 1 recovery message after problem is sorted. Is this possible? Thank you so much in advance, Alex.

I am still have the same problem with receiving tons of recovery messages for the same problem. What i would like to have is just one problem message and one recovery message when the problem is sorted. If the same problem occurs again, same thing.

I don't know if this will be good for you because... maybe better way is to look at triggers that creating all events you dont want and try to redefine them in some way (if possible).

Thank you, i will take a look, the non stop recovery messages from each problem are very annoying as we send them via sms. Really would help to have just 1 problem and 1 recovery message per device or event.
