How to alert trigger time

Hello everyone,

I'm a new guy to use zabbix, I monitored interface on router with the trigger {Template_RC_Interface Port1:ifOperStatus.1.last(0)}=2 but i had the problem the internet connection is attenuated so always alert to me down then up then down..... I want when the line is really down after the time specific for example 10s or 20s then it will alert to me and up/down below the time not alert. Help me the trigger.
