How do you setup monitoring of Windows Application Event Logs?

I am new to Zabbix and trying to figure out how to setup monitoring from start to finish for something in the Windows Event Logs. I am looking to send an email whenever our SQL backup jobs fail.

For example, when:
Type equals "Warning"
Source equals "SQLServerAgent"
Message contains "Job failed"
Message contains "NGProd"

Any help is much appreciated!!
