Greetings everyone.
I have set up an email action for an user and user group in similar fashion as the default Zabbix Administrator group and for some reason it doesnt do any kind of action whenever an trigger goes off. I know everything should work because with the Zabbix Administration group, everything works just fine but after I make a completely new user and an user group, give them all the permissions to read and write on every single host group but still nothing. I know there should be an icon in the "Problems" list at the "Actions" part and it should say if an action fails or not, but there's absolutely nothing. I've Googled this issue and pretty much all the time the issue has been that people forgot to set up the permissions for the host group. But I've done that and there's still nothing. Even the "Action logs" is completely empty. So is there still SOMETHING I might've missed?
