Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() timed out

Hey! I just added new host to monitoring. I installed agent od Oracle Linux (RHEL 7). Unfortunately in Zabbix Server "Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() timed out". i tested telnet IP PORT and itd connected. I dont have firewall on RHEL

i usually do the following to test the communication between host - server/proxy,
server -> nc -zv host 10050
host -> nc -zv server 10051

On host -bash: nc: command not found, but on server "Connection to db03 10050 port [tcp/zabbix-agent] succeeded!"
