Help with Zabbix...
Hi,
I have some problems and need help with it:
1. When I use standard Zabbix templates to discover and monitor devices over Zabbix Agent 2 I have by Win PC's problems with services. Each time when teh Win PC restarts some services change their name (the ID part in the name) and then the Zabbix report it. My problem is that I need to monitor some services which doesnt change their names, but after each restart the discovery function discover a new instances of the services which has change the names and it will add it me there and reoprt it as bad even I have disabled all other discovered services except that that I need to monitor.
And my question is: Is possible to disable the discovery on the zabbix agent that it dont need each time to disable new one one?
2. I have for one device with original Zabbix Templates managed the monitored items, so that I have there only that that I need to monitor. All others which was discovered was disabled and will delete it.
And my question is: Is possible from the managed host do a new templates, which I can use on other the same devices as which I have managed?
3. I try to add some trigers dependencies, but have problems with it. I have in one template the ICMP monitoring and on other templates some other monitored items and will add th that trigers the dependencie on the ICMP, that when the device poweroff then that there I have only one ICMP problem and not many from many trigers.
And my question is: How is possible to add dependencies from other template to another template, that I can then use it in templates and dont need it to manualy add to each device, while now I get errors that:
