Using a colon: in Trigger URL?

I'm trying to have a trigger display an IP/Port combination so our guys can easily navigate to the problem. For whatever reason you can't use a colon so I can't set the port.

I just want it to be something like "http://192.168.1.234:3451" but I get an error with the colon, without it it's fine but obviously the link doesn't work.

I saw something about changing the definition "VALID_URI_SCHEMES" to fix this? But I can't find much information regarding this.

Well I figured something out. I unchecked "Validate URI schemes" and now I can save it with the colon. I can't seem to add the colon to the valid schemes though, which would be nice.

Also I did not mention I am running 5.2. I believe starting with version 5 this setting was removed from "defines.inc.php" and put in the "Administration>General>Other Configuration Parameters" tab.

If I set this up for an Item Prototype then re-enable the validation will it allow the URIs to be created through LLD in the future?
