Hello,
I've searched quite a lot how to acknowledge or mute a problem for a certain amount of time. But without any success.
For me it is a common use-case that one service gets into problem state and you want to disable the alerting of that service (not host) for X minutes. If you still haven't fixed it after that time the problem will pop-up/escalate again. If you would just acknowledge you might forget to fix it later. In Icinga/Nagios you can just click on the alert and suppress it for some time.
Is there not such a feature or what is a common approach for that?
Thanks,
Robert
