Accidentally deleted all items in the IIS by Zabbix agent template

Hi guys,
I accidentally deleted all the items from IIS by Zabbix agent template.
Now I can't find the xml for it anywhere.
I'm Zabbix 5.2.2.
The link here https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/iis#tabfficial1 leads to error page "The path "templates/app/iis_agent/template_app_iis_agent.xml" does not exist at revision "refs/heads/master""

Can anyone share this template, please?

You can't import the yaml template

None of the yaml templates ever worked for me
