mysql windows 10

Good afternoon, i have a zabbix server instaled in a ubuntu machine. I have an agent2 in windows 10 machine with mysql server too. I can collect data from the system but not from mysql. I don´t now how can i configure the agent to collect data from mysql. Can anybody help me configure that?

I see that link but im new to zabbix, i don´t understand if is to do in the server or in the client (win10).
I have the mysql template in the host on server.
After that i don´t know what to do in win 10.
