Top 3 CPU processes

Does anyone know of a good way of getting the Top 3 CPU processes to go along with the cpu.util trigger? So when the CPU goes above 90% the action sends out not only the default message but also sends the top 3 processes and their percentages. cpu.util mostly on Windows Servers.
