how to monitor windows event log

hello,

i would like to monitor my windows event log true zabbix agent.

i want to monitor all errors/warnings on my windows servers 2008/2008r2/2012 server.
also i want to be able to not monitor specific errors in the windows event log

zabbix 2.2 on Debian.

can somebody help me with a template or describe me how to do this?
i am looking for this for 2 days now
