Zabbix agent affinity

Hey,
I want to limit the Zabbix agent to specific cores list so it will not interfere with other processes.

Is it possible to set the affinity of the Zabbix agent (without using taskset etc)?

The question is more related to the operating system you are using and its administration than to the zabbix system.

In all of the Operation-System there is a ability to set the affinity of a process (event in windows ).

How can I open a feature request for that?

Hi, guess you have two ways

first adjust starting scripts to do what you need to do - shouldn't be to difficult I guess ( especially on linux )

second - go to Zabbix and ask them to do it https://www.zabbix.com/development_services
