Monitor multiple named SQL instance on the same server

Hello Experts,

Environment:: zabbix 5.0 on Oracle Linux 7
Template:: Template for Oracle ODBC


I have an SQL server with multiple named instances on it. I can configure only one named instances with the host that I have created in the front end.

Now I need to add two more named SQL instance from the same server. What are the solutions available in my case?

Thanks for your response mate which is certainly useful.

However, at present, I am finding a solution for Microsoft SQL Server .
