HTTP is running but zabbix reports it down

Server log: " cannot process step "Web Availability" of web scenario "Availability of {HOST.HOST}" on host "Development Server": Couldn't connect to server: couldn't connect to host"

I think this might be a firewall issue, but the zabbix server is whitelisted in the firewall and iptables shows it as allowed in and allowed out.

Also, there is an agent running on the host.

Any help would be appreciated, I want my all-green trigger screen back

Did you try to execute some steps manually?

1. Try to telnet to your host 'Development Server' (port 80 I guess)
2. Try to ping your host 'Development Server' from the Zabbix Server/Proxy
3. Enable debug logging on your host 'Development Server'
