discovery actions - adding tempaltes to discovered host by hostname

Hi all,
I want to configure zabbix to automatically attach certain templates to certain servers based on hostname.
for example, our CRM servers have CRM in their hostname and we have a CRM template and I want new CRM servers discovered by zabbix to have the template added to them upon discovery.
is there a way to achieve this?
