Opening File In New Window From Zabbix Map - Zabbix 5.2

I updated to 5.2 recently and am in the process of setting up a Contact List on our main dashboard. I'm creating a new icon and linking to a HTML page on another server. The problem I'm running into is that the new page leaves the Zabbix site and takes me to the new .html file. How do I make it open the page in a new window?

Optionally is there a way for me to automate putting the contacts page on every one of my maps?

My last question is about how other people are doing their contacts listing. My initial thought was to make a map and use txt boxes to set this up but it did not work out very well. Is there a better way for me to put contact information into Zabbix? I just want a link on the map that brings up contact info. I can store it anywhere on Zabbix or another server. My concern is with how to format it, make it easily readable to other techs, and to keep the user in Zabbix and not leave the page.

I've been kicking around a few ideas. To anyone who sees this thread does anyone know where the files for the templates are? I wonder if I could insert a hyperlink into the map files from the servers file system.

Edit: I'm liking the idea of just adding the contacts to the Zabbix menu on the left hand side of the screen. I cannot find the correct place to add the info too. Any idea of how to add menu items? I keep finding out of date information online It can't be too hard to add a custom menu item under Administration. I'd like to fill the URL for the new menu with <a href="http://myserver.local/OutageContacts.html" target="_BLANK">Outage Contact Info</a>

I'm going to post a seperate thread for this. I've discovered I can build new menu items using modules but I can't figure out how to open a new window with the URL I want.
