Downgrade zabbix to the LTS version

Good day,

I have installed Zabbix 5.2 on a ubuntu server and I want to use the LTS version. How can I install the LTS older version now?
Can I use the Database which already exists?

I have already uninstalled the newer version 5.2, deleted old database+user and installed the LTS version 5.0.9. Thanks again.
