Zabbix SNMP ILO

I use zabbix SNMPv3 to Server

Now it has a problem in the dashboard, this error information is "Cannot connect to <IP>Timeout.."

but I check the ILO of the server, the status is OK, which doesn't have any error, and there is no Proxy or FW deny 161-udp traffic

Have you checked if SNMPv3 works from the commandline?
And what exactly are you trying to monitor over the ILO? I have personally only used IPMI and have had no issues with it.
