Zabbix push notifications to Opsgenie (permission denied)

    Hello everyone

I've done the integration Opsgenie to Zabbix with the plugin API

But our zabbix can't do the push, we get this error on action alerts-> sh: / home / opsgenie / oec / opsgenie-zabbix / send2opsgenie: Permission denied

If we execute the command on the zabbix server for test the push to opsgenie, works good -> / home / opsgenie / oec / opsgenie-zabbix / send2opsgenie -triggerName = 'zabbix test alert' -triggerStatus = 'PROBLEM'

I tested with the user "zabbix" .. it is possible that zabbix server uses other user or something like that? i don't understand what is happening because the permissions on the zabbix server seems ok

    Thanks

    Greetings,
this integration is supported by opsgenie team. Therefore I can recommend to contact their support regarding the integration issue.
    Regards,
    Alex

Hello, if the issue could not be solved you also might want to try SIGNL4 as an alerting channel (push, SMS text and voice calls) for Zabbix, including escalation, duty scheduling and collaboration. The two-way integration also allows automatic alert resolutions as well as acknowledgements and annotations to be sent back to Zabbix.
I work with SIGNL4 (so my recommendation might be a bit biased), however, if you should have any questions, just let me know.

Thanks Rons, the problem was solved, was the politics from the Zabbix linux server... So the problem was from Zabbix and not from Opsgenie .
