Convert template from 1.8 to 2.4

Hi!

I have Zabbix 1.8.10.
And i want to migrate to last version Zabbix 2.4.7.
So i decided to export only list of hosts and my custom templates.
There is a big work to convert and correct exported templates manually.

Is there any way to convert template? Maybe for example using sed utility?

Though it is best suited for converting templates to older versions.
