Strange issues with e-mail notifications

Hi! I configured the Zabbix Server with e-mail notifications. The configuration is ok, the test with sendEmail send e-mail without problem. I receive some notifications, not all. Example: in the standard alert, sometimes i receive the OK notification. But not all the time. In Audit -> Actions, the status is ok for e-mail sendind. But, nothing in mailbox.
Any idea?

Solved. I put " " on parameters in .sh script.
