Dear all,
I currently have a challenge to monitor a network of client computers gaining their ip addresses by DHCP.
For this I have created a host discovery rule, as hosts might be added from 3rd a party and I want to cover them too.
The challenge now is, that i'd like to set the "connect to" option in the host objects created by this discovery rule to DNS, so Zabbix won't be confused with ip address changes. The client computers FQDN is set correctly during discovery.
Anyone have a solution for this, as I can not see those funcionality anywhere.
