Zabbix CPU Usage and RAM

Hi, I have a problem with the Zabbix server. I have 100% CPU usage and a lot of RAM usage almost all the time. Another problem is that I have old items that take up 40 million records in history_uint. So the base on the disk is also growing. As for items, I already turned off most of the unnecessary.

In my limited experience, the housekeeping task will cleanup the old data eventually, but little by little. I went from the default settings to those close to yours and eventually I got down to 90 days of data. It may be your housekeeping task that's pegging the CPU, but I've also felt that if I'm not seeing a performance hit, I figure I paid for 100% of the CPU and memory, so I might as well use it!

In my experience, DB apps will always use as much memory as they can grab.
