We have a host group for which we want to have two groups of user, one with email notifications and one without.
The first group will have read/write access and will receive email notifications of any problem for a host in that group, and the second group will have read/write access and be able to view problems via the web but won't receive any email notification. The users in the second group do need to receive email notifications for other host groups, just not this specific one. Basically this host group is for test machines, and we don't want email notifications for problems on test machines.
I can't figure out how to configure the second user group because giving read/write access seems to mean that they always receive email alerts too. We can't remove the media defined for them because then that would stop email notifications for all host groups, including our production ones.
Can anyone please advise how to do this? Thanks in advance.
