Send alert messages through followzup, instead of SMS

Hi,
I looking for a way to customize Zabbix to send alerts messages through the followzup, instead of sending through SMS.
The command that must be inserted ("smsg"), need to be in the Zabbix "send message routine", or something like that.
Does anybody know the right place to insert the command?

Please try create new media type.
I think you will select "Script" for Media type.
and you must input Script name.

The script you place it in the AlertScriptsPath directory.
AlertScriptsPath is setting for zabbix server in zabbix_server.conf.
