    how to delete screens created with no name

    When I first started working with Zabbix I must have hit "save" in create screen before I gave it a name. I did this 3 times before I knew what I was doing. Now I have 3 blank Screen selections in the upper right during monitor. And during Configuration There are 3 blank screens. It appears the only way to select a screen for DELETE is if it has a name.

    I bet I need to do some "mysql" query and delete. Can anyone help me?

    I'm running 1.1 since about July 2006.

    Thank you....

    Go to: Configuratio--> Screens

    Click on the NAME of the screen you want to delete. When the new window opens up, you should see a button that says "DELETE".

    That should do it.

        MySQL code to remove screens with no names

        Thats a good one! The web interface should pick you up on that.

        Anyway, if you want to get rid of them, first, delete any items in the screens (if you have any) by clicking on 'Edit' beside the screen name, then clicking 'Change' on any items in the screen, and click 'Delete'.

        Once there are no items in the screens with no names, then run this:
        #mysql
        >use zabbix;
        >SELECT * FROM screens WHERE name='';

        This should return all of your empty screens, if so then run this:
        >DELETE FROM screens WHERE name='';
        >QUIT

        And now they should be gone.

        Good luck
