Hi all,
I control several printers using SNMP (MIB 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.5.1.2.1,). alerts are "NO PAPER", "DOOR OPEN", "OUTPUT FULL", etc. and are generated when some bits are equal to 1.
I would like this problem open this problem as usual (bit =1), but only show problem after X minutes in dashboard
The idea here is I need to know how much time printers are in these states (Ex: NO PAPER) but I do not need to take any action if problem time is (lets say) less than 10 minutes.
Printers are part of productive system and put paper is operator responsability and I only need to know if this state remains on time.
Regards,
