Zabbix 5.2 vs IBM Netcool

Hello All,

Please, Could you tell me if Zabbix 5.2 could replace IBM Netcool?

IBM Netcool is for event management and could receive for a lot of monitoring systems and then create tickets to other systems.

Couldn't get a straight answer but Zabbix engineers said "why not?". :-)
