How to filter hosts in monitoring by hostgroups in AND relationship ?

In default I can filter hosts in monitoring by many hostgroups only in OR relationship.
If I have host in groups SERVER, MAIL, PUBLIC, CUSTOMER_A (for example) and I want filter only hosts in all of them - not in one of them - is such a possibility ?

As a workaround, I can suggest using tag filtering.
