Windows Agent 2 v5.2.5 Error

I have a Windows 2012 R2 server. The agent service fails to start. In the agent log, I am seeing the following error: 2021/03/31 13:21:31.998025 cannot load os dependent items: strconv.Atoi: parsing "WorkflowServiceHost 4.0.0.0": invalid syntax. Has anyone ever seen this error?

Hi, did you manage to solve this issue? I'm getting the same error with Zabbix Agent 2 v.5.4.4 on Windows Server 2012 R2.

It is weird because this issue doesn't seem to affect all the servers. For example, I have some Windows Server 2012 R2 computers that are working fine with this agent.

Ok, I manage to solve this issue. It was related to an issue with the Windows Performance counters.

After running the following commands the issue got solved:

cd c:\windows\system32
lodctr /R
cd c:\windows\sysWOW64
lodctr /R  

WINMGMT.EXE /RESYNCPERF
