Sabbix Graphs not filtering properly time

Hi everyone, me and my team are working on an automated reporting script with sabbix graphs.
We have been able to retrieve a graph using the graph2.php url, but unfortunately we are not able to filter in a certain interval of time
Here is how we do the request.
Any help or suggestion is welcome and thank you very much.

Replace spaces with %20 and ":" with %3A, eg. chart2.php?graphid=9204&from=2021-03-01%2000%3A00%3A00&to=2021-03-30%2007%3A36%3A39
