    zabbix_agentd.conf missing TLS parameters

I am trying to install the zabbix agent on a VM running Ubuntu 16.04 with openssl v. 1.0.2g-1ubuntu4.19.

The Installation works fine, but when I try to modify the conf file for the agent, I can't set any TLS parameters. they are just not in the file.

    This is my file here

    Code:
    $ cat /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf

    # This is a config file for the Zabbix agent daemon (Unix)

    # To get more information about Zabbix, visit http://www.zabbix.com

    ### Option: AllowRoot

    # Allow the agent to run as 'root'. If disabled and the agent is started by 'root', the agent

    # Has no effect if started under a regular user.

    # 0 - do not allow

    # 1 - allow

    # It is allowed to include multiple LoadModule parameters.

    #

    # Mandatory: no

    # Default:

    # LoadModule=

I have running the agent after setting the correct IP addresses without the TLS support, but the zabbix server also tells me that

    Code:
Received empty response from Zabbix Agent at [XX.XX.X.XX]. Assuming that agent dropped connection because of access permissions.

I'm not sure if these two are connected or not, but I was wondering if there is something else i need to test/install here

    any advices?

    thanks
    Assa
