How to add automatically AWS auto scaling newly launched instance to Zabbix server.

You need to switch to active agent set up.
On start agent need to know server/proxy address (this can be passed to hosts over CF) to ask about configuration of the items which needs to be monitored over agent. First such query will be used only to register new host.
In zabbix you must add auto registration action (Configuration->Actions->Auto registration).
Basing on for example pattern(s) in hostname you can define different actions which for different group of hosts will register those host with different set of templates.
