Unable to type zabbix password on zabbix server

I am trying to login to my zabbix server with the default username and password, but when I go to type the password, it won't let me type anything and doesn't show the curser moving at all as I type. It lets me type the appliance login just fine, but the password it will not let me type.

Zabbix server version 5.2.5 on centos linux 8.

Tried that and still says incorrect password. I am just using the default password.

You're trying to log in at the console, right? Are you using the root user?
