Hello Zabbix friends,
We have just started to use a third party escalation tool for our oncall, what we now realize is that there seem to be an issue with our dependencies.
I have a series of alerts that triggers in different timespans in order to not miss an activity.
Meaning trigger 1 goes of when it reaches a set threshold of 500 in five minutes, then we have a second trigger that if it reaches over 500 threshold again that will trigger another alert.
We have setup dependencies, that if alert 1 is triggred - alert 2 does not need to trigger. However, it does, meaning i'm doing something wrong. This then ofcourse triggers 2 actions causing us headache.
Any suggestions?
