question about triggers

I have a question about triggers shoutdow betwen 7:00 am and 10:00 am, becouse i have a backup and i don' t want to recive a alerts. Is there any method to shut down automaticly on this time ?

At least from what I see in 2.4.5, there is no ability to configure a time range for groups. However in the user configuration, there seems to be an active time which I believe is represented in days and hours.

It would be nicer if something like this were available at the group level. You could probably work around your need by creating a distribution group in your e-mail system, and then defining a user with work hours as needed, and then use that virtual user in your action to send e-mail.

One approach is to write a script that uses Zabbix api to disable triggers and invoke it from cron.
