Maps Not Showing Trigger Status Change

    Hi,

I have created several Web Scenarios.
Then created Triggers from those scenarios.
I then created a Map for each Web Scenario, attaching the Trigger to the Map Item.
However, when the Web Scenario Fails to reach the URL, the Map does not show the Change in Trigger Status.
I know I've done something wrong, but I can't see it.

    Can anyone advise me please?

I know this is probably a small problem for most of you experts, but I sure could use some help please.

Perhaps if you post more details, someone will be able to spot the issue.

As it is, with just a brief overview of the steps you've taken, I at least don't have a clear picture of what the most likely problem is.

        Hi Tim,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out. I very much appreciate it.

I am not sure where to start, so i'll just put as much information here as possible and hopefully that helps.

        1. We have a Zabbix Installation here at our office. It is a Debian-based system using Zabbix V5.2 and MySQL.
        2. All of our Monitored Systems are Remote.
        3. The first task that I have configured Zabbix for is to monitor Websites to ensure they can be reached. Sometimes a remote Site IP will change or the FQDN is not working and all that we need is notification to be able to react quickly.
        4. i configured Web Monitoring Scenarios on the Main Zabbix Host. There are Five (5) Scenarios Titled to allow me to easily sort the Sites. For instance we have 41 Steps in One Scenario called "Availability of IP PBX".
        5. When I open the "Monitoring -> Latest Data -> Web, I can see the current status of each Scenario and when a Step Fails, it shows on the Web Monitoring Screen.
Up to this point, the system is working as expected.
i am aware that i am probably not doing this the most efficient way and any feedback would be appreciated.

Now we get into the part where I am having difficulty.

        1. I created a Web Scenario for a Test FQDN

        1. In the Zabbix Server Host I created Triggers from the Web Scenario Steps
        {Zabbix server:web.test.in[Skywatch,Test,bps].last()}=200
        2. I then created a Map and placed Elements on the Map with the Associated Trigger assigned to it.
        3. The Example above is a Trigger that is in constant failure Mode so that I can see the real status. It shows in the Web Monitoring Screen as Failed, however the MAP does not show it in Failed Mode.

This is what precipitated this help request.

Thanks again for prompting me to provide more info.
