I have issues with a new user I want to create. On a Zabbix 5.2.1 server, I create a user with an alias, a password, a group and an Admin Role, but I can't login with that newly created account. As soon as I am trying to login, I receive a message saying "Login name or password is incorrect.".
I tried several browsers and different computers, but I am always getting the same message. I also unblocked the user, because after several tries he is getting blocked.
Any ideas what could cause this strange behaviour?
