    Zabbix EMAIL/SMS/ServiceNow alerting on demand

    Hi there,

    I would like to know if it is possible to send email/sms/servicenow notification manually/on demand. Let's say that my decision is to mark one particular problem serious and send notification about it, but I dont want to configure general rule with conditions and triggers.

    I know that it is possible to create action with defined conditions and triggers, however I need to now if a notification could be sent manually/on demand.

    Hi,
    Our app-based alerting service SIGNL4 might be able to help you here. It is native part of Zabbix and supports app push, SMS text or voice calls and also includes with ServiceNow.
    To trigger an alert manually you can directly do so from within the mobile app, web portal or via email.

      Hi rons4, inspite of longer time I can now put response to your comment. Thank you very much for your tip to use SIGNL4. We have managed to install and deploy trial version of SIGNL4 mobile app and its connection with Zabbix. I can confirm that it works!
