Mac OS agent is not available

Hi everybody! Need some help with Zabbix Mac OS agent - it already installed, so I can use telnet to connect with (port 10050). But I still see "red" status - "zabbix agent is not available". I even turned off firewall on my macbook but no results. What should I check?
