New install - can't start zabbix-server service

Hello,

I'm following this and get to to step 4 and can't start the zabbix-server service:

Error

sudo systemctl status zabbix-server

Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/zabbix-server.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)

Active: activating (auto-restart) (Result: exit-code) since Fri 2021-04-23 16:37:14 UTC; 9s ago

Process: 16650 ExecStart=/usr/sbin/zabbix_server -c $CONFFILE (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)

What could be wrong as all the previous steps were ok. I've double checked the password in the zabbix_server.conf too.
