Action doesn't work although it meets the criteria

Hi,
I have a simple action to send mail with the following condition:

Maintenance status not in maintenance
Application like monitoring

Trigger is showing, but the action doesn't work.

Any idea how to solve/debug it?

I got support from Zabbix in this issue:

It wasn't a bug, but a wrong configuration.
